Do I need any special tools when installing my kit?

No special tools are required, although we recommend asking a qualified mechanic to install your kit. If you are installing it yourself, each coilover kit includes spanner wrench tools to help adjust coilover height. Spring compressors are recommended when dismantling your OEM suspension.

How low will Raceland coilovers drop my car?

Raceland coilovers will drop your car by an average of 25mm to 75mm below the stock OEM ride height. Our Ultimo kits can allow for a greater drop, in excess of 100mm.

How do I adjust coilovers?

Raceland coilovers are height adjustable. The spring height can be adjusted by spinning the locking spring perches up and down the shock body. Once the desired ride height is reached, use the included spanner wrenches to tighten the two locking collars against each other and secure the ride height.

How stiff are the coilovers?

For each kit’s spring rates, please see the relevant product page. Raceland coilovers are designed to be comfortable daily driving coilovers with increased stiffness over OEM suspension. The ride is not designed to be overly harsh, as Raceland aims to maintain a stock-like ride quality.

Are upgraded spring rates available?

At the moment, we do not offer alternate springs for each kit. For customers wanting stiffer rates and valving, we offer the Ultimo coilover line. These coilovers feature higher spring rates and stiffer valving for drivers wanting a little more than the entry-level kit offers.

What is the warranty?

You don’t offer a kit for my car. Do you plan to make one?

If we do not currently offer a coilover kit for your vehicle and you are interested in Raceland coilover suspension, please let us know by calling +44 28 276 63911 or emailing ab@raceland.com. Every request is recorded and considered by our development team for future product development.

Will you sponsor me?

We currently do not have a sponsorship programme, but we may develop one in the future. If you would like to be considered, please email ab@raceland.com with detailed information about your car, including pictures, videos, events you have attended or plan to attend, awards and any other relevant details.

How can I become a dealer?

We currently do not have a dealer programme, but we may develop one in the future. If you would like to be considered, please email ab@raceland.com with detailed information about your company, main target market, showroom and any other relevant details.

What is my tracking number?

When you place an order, an email will be sent to you with the confirmation number. A tracking number will also be sent once your order has shipped. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, please call +44 28 276 63911 and we will be happy to provide your tracking number and order status.

Is modification necessary?

The majority of our products do not need any special modification in order to fit. With some products, modification may be necessary. When installing aftermarket parts, it is important to remember that each vehicle is different and may require more time and labour than expected. We do not assume responsibility for labour costs incurred during installation.

What do I do if I am unhappy with the product?

If you have purchased a Raceland product and are unhappy with it, please send it back to us for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Packages that have been modified and/or damaged may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once I place my order, how long before it will ship?

Once your order has been placed, it will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Am I going to need spacers to fit the coilovers?

When installing a Raceland coilover kit, we recommend that your wheel offset is between 30mm and 35mm. If your wheel offset or ET is greater than 35mm, you must use conical-shaped wheel spacers on the front or risk damage to the inside of your tyres. Each car is different and there are many variables when it comes to fitment.

How much will shipping be?

Shipping is calculated in real time at checkout. Shipping prices do not include any international brokerage or customs fees, which may be due upon arrival.

Why are your prices so low?

We don’t sell through distributors. This means you are buying our products below typical distributor pricing. For now, we are offering some of the highest-quality products at strong value pricing. What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

Do you send orders signature required?

Yes, a signature is required on delivery of the goods. If you are not available, the FedEx Express driver will leave a door tag to show that a delivery attempt was made. You can then collect your package from your local FedEx depot or arrange reattempted delivery.

How long will shipping take?

Orders will leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
