Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

  1. Upon receipt of the goods, any damages or shortfall noticed must be reported immediately by telephone (+44 28 276 63911) or letter sent to our registered address or email ab@raceland.com to The Seller and shall be within three days of delivery of goods ordered (and time shall be of the essence). An authorisation Returns Number will be given to enable the Buyer to return the goods. No goods will be accepted without a Returns Number.
  2. Damaged goods claims will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order.
  3. In the event that the Buyer mistakenly ordered the wrong product, The Seller will refund the cost of the goods (less the initial delivery charge) when they are received back by the Seller in a re-saleable condition. The cost of return shall be paid by the Buyer and will not be refunded, a 10% handling charge will apply to cover packaging and re-stocking costs.
  4. All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the Buyer.
  5. All returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the Buyers Full Name and Address appearing on the Invoice (under “INVOICE/DELIVERY ADDRESS”) a daytime telephone number, the Invoice Number, and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved.
  6. All returns must be sent back to the Seller by registered post or by other means that require a signature of receipt of the goods at the Sellers warehouse or reception.
  7. This does not affect the Buyers statutory rights.
  8. We regret that in most cases special order items cannot be returned. The company may accept a return on a special order item at their own discretion, a handling charge of no less than 10% may be charged.
  9. The Trade Buyer shall indemnify the company against all actions, claims, demands, penalties and cost brought by or incurred by third parties or this company in tort, contract, infringements of or alleged infringements of patents or registered designs or otherwise arising in connection with the goods or their delivery or unloading or with work done by the company in accordance with the buyers specifications.
  10. The Buyer confirms that he shall comply with any or all rules and instructions relating to installation and use of the product concerned and fully accepts that any loss which results from forced, misdirected, inappropriate or unqualified installation or use shall not be accepted by the Company.

JURISDICTION

These terms and this agreement (including an agreement concluded by means of distance communication) shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of Northern Ireland and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland. This, however, shall not prevent the company from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of this Agreement in any other jurisdiction
